1. Agreement to Terms
   By using orbiance.io (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
2. Who we are
   “Orbiance”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Orbiance AI FZCO. Contact: [email protected].
3. No regulated services or advice
   The Site is for general information only. It does not offer financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not provide any service that would require a financial license. Do not rely on Site content for financial or investment decisions; consult qualified professionals instead.
4. Acceptable use
   You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

• attempting to breach security, disrupt availability, or harm other users;
• copying, scraping, or framing content except as allowed below;
• using the Site in violation of laws or third-party rights.
  We may suspend or stop access for violations.

5. Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, all content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, code, and design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (copying, modifying, distributing, or re-publishing) requires our prior written consent.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or materials, you grant Orbiance a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Site. You confirm you have rights to share anything you submit.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, and should be accessible from every page of the Site. By using the Site, you consent to that policy.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, reliability, availability, or non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk, and you understand internet services can have interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orbiance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to AED 1,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months—whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain exclusions; in that case, this clause applies only to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Orbiance harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

We may change, suspend, or end the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

These Terms apply while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in other countries may also have mandatory local rights.
